If you don’t have time to make breakfast, make this quick smoothie instead! You’ll need an apple, a banana, rolled oats, yoghurt (dahi), milk, pumpkin (kaddoo), cinnamon (dalchini) powder, nutmeg (jaiphal) powder, clove (lavang) powder, vanilla extract and some honey. The pumpkin has to be roasted on the stove and blended and the banana has to be frozen the night before.
Blend all the ingredients together and voila!
